I am willing to take on relatively short-term / small projects, working with an author to improve structure and writing. I'm not especially skilled at dialog and am not up for offering basic English instruction, but am able to identify and enhance theme, characters, overall plot or flow, and do copy edits. I am an escapee from academia, where I worked in programs focused on communication. Beyond surviving my own writing experiences, I coached several others through their graduate theses or dissertations, and usually around 50 students each semester in their undergraduate writing. I've been a long-time reader of porn and an occasional writer (none on this site).
