A little bit of bondage
and hanky panky too,
but all that extra energy
brought hunger through and through.
So leaving him still shackled
she nipped out for a bite,
but stepped too soon from pavement
in the darkness of the night.
Now she never would return again
and stuck upon the bed,

Gerald's Game was awful, probably King's worst book ever.
This poem was worth reading and much more merciful on the reader.
loved the cadence, rhyme, and story an yes Angeline, King did write one like this but his was so creepy I could not finish more than 1 chapter.
