Breath
Flows over skin
Left exposed
To winter’s bite

Kissed
With heated flames
Of need in spite
Of dark desires
Fire burning
Ever bright

I kept him near
For fear of loss
And did not care
If he wished to go

Instead I bound him
Within my ribbons of love
Wrapped snuggly
Up against my soul

Forever mine
He will remain
Forsaking all others
And be true
To me alone

So I have decreed
Now I make it so

Hot fingers touch me
Making me melt
Butter running over rivulets
Of joy

He spreads me like jam
On a slice of toast
And I am lost
Forever in his gaze

I cannot see a life
Without him beside me
So do not judge

The chains I have
Wrapped around him
Are only chains
Of Passionate love

Not metal, not solid
Mercurial like rain
Falling for a moment
Then fading away

But my touch remains
