I have 4 years' experience writing, proofreading, and editing papers for my college courses which included 2 semesters of American Literature. I am currently writing my own story. I love reading the stories on Literotica. I give private feedback if I see numerous errors that I know should have been caught by the writer or an editor. I encourage writers to keep writing but not to rely on spellcheck. In some cases, I suggest fleshing out the character development. I editor for grammar, sentence structure as well as plot and character development, plus flow and consistency problems. Since my wife's layoff and frequent interruptions by my dog, I'm not as fast editing stories. I edit each story twice slowly in hopes of making the story as good as possible. I'm not the fastest editor but I try to return the story as clean as possible. I've been editing on Literotica for 10 years now.
