This is news I didn't want to hear nor believe. You have created an extremely well crafted story, hotly sensual in one moment and wonderfully sensitive a few lines later. You have done very well indeed. My guess is the “woman flying the down the road in her convertible with her red hair snapping in the wind like a banner”, would be pleased.
I guess it takes someone evil to truly understand good. ;)
Wasn't sure of this story at first, seemed a little melodramatic. But once I learned what was going on, it made sense.
Lovely work. And that little bit with the redheaded woman gave me a warm glow.
Thanks, Evil. A wonderful piece of work.
I don't visit the forums and until I read your story I didn't know about CT passing. I am about to cry. I have lost people close to me before and not been as upset as I am about hearing of CT passing. All of her stories showed that she had a deep and truely beutiful heart that I am glad she shared with us all.
May her foundest dreams and memories be with her and us always.
Both when I proofread it and just now.
Colly would have enjoyed this story.
I have been a long time fan of both CT stories and your stories, but her passing made me realize I need to give back a little more feedback and support for these awesome pieces of fiction that warm my life. So thank you for a beautiful dedication and thank you for all the other wonderful work you have let us read!
...for both the amazing story and for sharing the news about CT. I don't visit the forum boards either and so also learned of her passing here. I'm astonished at the depth of my sorrow since I knew her only through her stories but I guess that, in itself, is a testament to her talent and the emotions she invoked. It always made my day to see a new story posted by Colleen and I will miss her. It is yet another reminder to us all not to take anyone for granted and to let the people we care about, know it.
I really enjoyed this story. It was very well writen. You really have a talent. Keep this up, I know you will write great stories.
Thanks for the read
I loved this story, but right now I'm in tears that someone as talented and who wrote such real stories like CT is gone.
I never knew her except through her stories.
Thankyou for sharing this.
It's a touching and truly lovely story.
This is a wonderful piece of work, and i agree with the others that have posted on here... C.T. would be very pleased.
So many people that visit this site, like myself, don't visit the boards, and I am very sad to hear of her passing. She touched so many lives with her stories, and I for one don't think I thanked her enough. She will be missed, but she's in a better place now.
Thank you evil, you wrote a wonderful story.
Your story is a perfect A+ for the job.
And i heard (dunno correct or not) that some troll said something abt erotica as tribute.Well that jackass must not know CT.She'd be very pleased with this story.Besides it's the emotions that count. They were what CT represented in her stories as well.
I'm another one who first learned of Colleen's passing from reading this story. I've read your stories before, and always enjoyed them. Colleen's are my very favorites on this site, and I was reading all my favorite authors (yes her, and yes you) after several months out of country and out of touch. This was the best way I can think of to learn such sad news. Thank you.
I'm still at a loss for words, but your story put a smile on my face. Beautiful.
Miss you CT.
she really inspired you and if she is as admirable as the characters you have created you are carrying her legacy well in this arena. Just make sure you keep that torch lit outside of literotica. Get published. Your shorts are a great anthology. Look for the publishers of Best Lesbian Erotica and submit them something.
Thank you for such a moving story, and tribute to Colleen Thomas. I came to read this because it is in the Literotica Awards and well deservedly so.
Now I have three authors to aim for as mentors.
I have to agree with the other comments. The story is touching -- and, until I read about the redhead, I didn't tumble to the real beauty. Thank you so much. I know I'm quite late but I just found it. Let's also hear it for Taylor.
...but I was really put off by all the POV shifts in the first part of the story. Made it very difficult to follow. Aside from that, this was top shelf!
Some stories are to raunchy, some are too sappy. This one is completely its own. Congratulations, you have blown me away. Much Love.
The only word that comes to mind ... WOW. Thank you for an amazing, erotic, compassionate story.
l was surprised to hear of Coleen's passing. She wrote some awesome stories. This story is excellent, both in style and concept (hot sex, too) - a fitting tribute. Thank you.
Great story that took an unexpected turn...that's always fun. Also, a wonderful & classy tribute to Coleen Thomas. It was simple, yet touching. She will be missed & your tribute gets high marks. For all those readers out there who enjoy a touching story...this is a must read!
A really nice ending to a wonderful story. And the bit about CT flying by was priceless. CT was truely a one of a kind writer and she is missed dearly. Many Thanks to EA for sharing.

The title really says it all. I find myself rarely crying over stuff like that... I guess it's my macho self trying to assert itself, but still... the story was short and sweet. And, of course, as an avid fan of Colleen Thomas, I couldn't help but break down when she was mentioned in the story. Thank you, for making me believe that one of the best writers out there is in a good place. I'm sure that if she were still with us, she'd have loved your writing as well, and no doubt would have taken pride to know that she was your inspiration.
Good tale, and very well told.
The surprise is the good bit.
Thank you.

One of the few times where I see the movie in my head as I read. no over doing it on the word desciption, the story line was simple and easy. a very good read that left nothing out. Thanx.
Excellent tale and so well written. What a delicious sting in the tail. Bravo!
What a wonderful story. It brought memories of Rod Serling's old TV show The Twilight Zone, maybe the best-written show ever aired. Congratulations to Evil Alpaca.
This wasn't your typical story. Brought back a lot of memories of people doing the right thing without acknowledgment from anyone. Just because it needed to be done.
A quiet tale that floats along smoothly, very interesting angle on death too.
This is fantastic it brought tears to my eyes...i was reading at work and my boss asked me if i was ok lol
This wonderful little story is so different from others of yours that I've read. I've always enjoyed supernatural tales and this one is just perfect. Towards the end, I wept while reading, wondering if my late wife has finally learned to drive and that she took the right path. Thanks EA.
As a transgender, I was enjoying the early part of this story. Then, as a gay Christian, I was pleasantly surprised when the plot gradually developed to a wonderful conclusion.
Thank you so much.

I'm bisexual and atheist agnostic, so stories like this always make me think a bit about if there is a heaven, and what it's like.
Great writing and great story. Was not expecting the surprise ending. All and all it was like holding a warm puppy.

I'm bi (admittedly more into girls) and I love sci-fi/horror...what an awesome story!!!
This story is so beautiful in its own rite. I love your metaphorical senses, the imagery you give off and the ideas and connections between how you believe the system works for God. Love, sex, and beautiful chances are what make this story so great and powerful. I've read this story a couple of times to be completely honest, and while reading it tonight, I began to cry. Your story is so amazing and with just the right touch, it got me off perfectly. Thank you thank you thank you!
It's not often I get to read a really clever ghost story, but this one is a real cracker.
Thank you

I read this whole thing and never got bored. Just a great story thanks.
And very inventive.
Kinda reminded me of this: (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Life_on_Mars_(UK_TV_series))
It brought me to tears. not what I was expecting, in the best way.
n erogenous tale with an excellent storyline...my surprise deepened as I continued reading. And then...it ended. I was saddened - not by anything written, but by having no more to read. Oh well...
That was seriously amazing. Author is incredibly talented, to tie so many themes together like that and make an erotic story so wholesome...truly a piece to be super proud of.
After the cheerleader started glowing I had a feel where this was headed but it was still a great story. Definitely got a cozy feeling
....... not only a truly wondrous, original and imaginative tale, but so fitting a tribute to another wonderful writer.
I don`t mind admitting that more than one tear fell whilst reading this.
Such emotion, sadness and acceptance all within three pages.
Congratulations and such a shame I can only give 5 stars .........
Evil'in ....... This for shure "Coleen" loves this one ..... This pouring pure love outof me im so overwhelmed by this heartful memorial story ....... You're such a very special "ONE" EvilAlpaca
This unpacked so much from such a small space. I offer a truly heartfelt thank you.
Very dangerous, thinking. Lovely story and conveys the impression that the Lord doesn't care who you love as long as you love truly. That's what I think, see dangerous,
