I noticed the corporate/ corporal punishment thing too but let that slide, it’s not a huge deal. I did read the whole chapter though, the only reason I could read it is because it’s something that would never happen.

That said the concept of involving some of the students is going too far, it’s not an age related thing because presumably your account will ensure that they’re 18 or over. It’s going too far because it’s the professional boundary being disregarded, they might as just fire her outright because she wouldn’t be able to teach in that school ever again because the story would leak.

Such a delight to read that long run story as I discover it by now, 10 years after its beginning.
