Really enjoying this series, but why must every woman giving a man pleasure be label whore or slut?

that was really good, all except for the sex scene in the middle of the action...

I am working my way through the chapters for the first time, still a few chapters to go but I had to ask something. Through the whole story the author keeps calling Fatima his sister and Fazia his mom but there have been many comments to imply step mom and half sister. I even re-read the first chapter where they are introduced but no clear answer.
